GTS | Technical possibilities and limitations of wearable technologies and AI in the training process

Trainers are increasingly coming into contact with various wearable technologies. Marketing often promises trainers that they can use these technologies to record a variety of parameters and improve the training process - however, scientific evidence shows that the data quality of available technologies is often low and training processes cannot always be improved. This presentation will provide an overview of current and future opportunities for monitoring training processes using wearable technologies.
